The UNA Youth Mental Health Symposium Committee is inviting you to join them for the Pause to Paws: Youth Mental Health Symposium on Saturday, June 8th!

Pause to Paws is a free event open to anyone. Youth, students and parents are invited to take a pause from their life's stressors and join them for a day of self-care, learning and relaxation. Guests are encouraged to attend the entire event and those who attend the opening speech and Jack.ORG lecture will get priority access to the dog therapy sessions. We hope that all participants will leave with a new perspective towards mental health, taking care of your self, and helping others.

12PM to 1PM - Jack.ORG Opening Ceremony/Lecture

1PM to 3PM - Dog Therapy by Vancouver EcoVillage

1PM & 1:20PM - Free 20-minute Yoga Classes
